  13. In the water circuit the water wheel is the limiting factor. The larger 
  14. the load on then wheel the slower the flow round the circuit.  In the 
  15. electrical circuit it is the lamp that is the limiting factor. We call this 
  16. limiting factor resistance. You can learn more about this in the
